Delays caused by late client feedback or missing assets may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Final Edge unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement:
- We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and general know-how;
- Upon full payment, custom deliverables specified in the SOW are assigned or licensed to you as agreed;
- Third-party software, plugins, fonts, or stock assets remain subject to their respective licenses;
- We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.
6. Payment Terms
Fees, milestones, and payment methods are defined in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of work. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any withholding taxes required by your jurisdiction.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We perform Services with reasonable skill and care in line with industry standards. Except as expressly set out in a signed agreement, our website and general marketing content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Either party may terminate a project agreement as specified therein. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed and non-cancellable third-party costs. We will deliver work product paid for up to the termination date in accordance with the agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or use of our website, subject to any mandatory arbitration or jurisdiction clauses in a signed project agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
